Return and Refund Policy Shipped Guitars: Guitars San Diego has a 2-day return policy from the date of receipt. The Customer must contact us by phone or email by the end of the second day to notify us the item is being returned and receive return shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be insured. Items must be returned in new condition. Used items must be returned in the same condition as received. After the item has been inspected and found to conform with above conditions a refund will be issued minus a 3% Credit Card fee as well as actual shipping charges to the customer. If purchased with free shipping, the actual charge incurred by Guitars San Diego will be deducted from the refund. Special orders, custom orders, consignment sales, used guitars and shipping charges are not refundable. If item is altered or damaged while in customer's possession no refund will be given.
