Custom Order instruments require a 35% non-refundable deposit and may be eligible
for our 48 hour trial period. Eligibility for the 48 hour trial period is at the sole
discretion of Guitars San Diego. And is based on how closely the specifications
of the instrument are to the builder’s norm. If a 48 hour trial is granted,
customers have 48 hours from the receipt of a custom ordered instrument to
determine if it is right for them. The instrument may be returned for any reason
during that time. Guitars San Diego will resell the instrument and process a
refund only after the guitar is resold to a new buyer. The refund will be 100% of
the purchase price less any tax, import duties (if applicable), shipping costs, and
a 2.7% admin fee if the item was purchased with a credit card. You must
contact us for a return authorization (RMA#). Items returned without an RMA #
will be refused. All international sales are final.
